I strongly recommend that once a quarter, you check in with the legal documents you use - whether that be Website T&Cs, your Privacy Policy, a Client Service Agreement or something else - and ask yourself is it still serving you the way you want it to, and is it ready to support you as you grow your business into the next quarter. I know it can be difficult to find the time and motivation to do this when there are so many more exciting new things to create, so I am making it easy for you by offering accountability and support.
