Client Relationships with Your Business

  • Consider your client’s journey from the moment they first see an advertisement or promotional post from you, to the moment when they provide you with a glowing testimonial.
  • Think about the information they need at each stage in order to feel comfortable and confident about working with you.
  • Map out how you will deliver that information to them - it could be in your marketing and your emails, as well as in contracts and terms and conditions.
  • Think about potential problems that could occur along the way. Ask yourself what worries you and why. Where do your boundaries need strengthening, and where could obstacles and complaints occur?
